The TAIR12 browser includes the chromosome-level TAIR12 reference genome together with protein-coding genes, UTR-integrated gene models, non-coding RNAs, pseudogenes, transposable elements, TE subclasses, non-TE repeats, and organelle annotations. The TAIR10 browser uses the TAIR10 reference genome with Araport11 annotations, including protein-coding genes, non-coding RNAs, classified transposable elements, and transposable-element genes.
